The Internship Academy is a youth employment accelerator program that helps young Africans reach their full potential

This is a four-week work integrated Learning program to prepare young Africans for the future of work, equipped with the abilities, competencies, and skills which employers need. Selected candidates will be building their capacity with workplace productivity skills and placed with a top organization for internship. Are you looking for a job? Are you an entry level professional with a bit of experience looking to make the switch? Now is the time to launch your career in a well dynamic environment. Selected candidates will pay $0 in tuition fee to complete the 4 weeks course. They will also enjoy perks including internship matching, full time job offers from our host companies, coaching from top mentors and networking opportunities with peers on the platform.

Within a few months, our lives have drastically changed due to the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19). Social distancing has been enforced in many parts of the world in order to save lives.

The impact of COVID-19 is being greatly felt, as the pandemic has slowed economic life globally.

We can't stand by and not do our part. As an organization, we have committed to helping young people find their next job and for organizations to continue engaging exceptional talents in Africa to get the work done.
