TIA Internship Program

We’re inviting African-based organisations that are serious about growth and talent development.

The TIA Internship Program is TalentsinAfrica’s flagship pathway that links forward-thinking African startups, SMEs, NGOs, and social enterprises with highly motivated, pre-screened young professionals across the continent.

Our mission is simple: equip Africa’s next generation with real skills and help organisations grow with talent that delivers
.

Through this program, organisations gain access to trained interns in fields such as digital marketing, data analysis, software development, product design, business development, operations, and emerging tech.

Interns get hands-on experience. Organisations get youthful energy, fresh ideas, and real results.
